The springy softness of the MIZUNO ENERZY midsole, combined with the stability and propulsive force generated by the MIZUNO WAVE, delivers soft, lightweight comfort as you run that naturally propels the foot forward while still providing plenty of cushioning.

This new version has been manufactured to be more respectful of the environment and with new features, especially in the midsole and upper.

Ideal for medium-weight runners (up to 80kg in men and up to 70kg in women approximately) who need shoes for asphalt or dirt tracks to go at medium paces, slower paces, filming or running up to a marathon.

UPPER

The upper has been made seamless with Dynamotion Fit technology, making the mesh hug the foot, improving comfort and safety during the race so that the shoe and foot work as one.

The tongue is joined on the sides to the upper, removing seams, so that the fit is softer and more comfortable and there is no chafing.

MIDSOLE

In the midsole, we find the Enerzy, already used in the previous version, which offers us a softer, more progressive cushioning and with more rebound.

The Enerzy, even being softer, returns 15% more energy than the previous model, being 17% softer.

In the heel and midfoot area, the brand has incorporated a plate made of bio-based materials (PEBAX castor oil): the Mizuno Wave, whose objective is to offer more cushioning and stability, as well as helping to disperse the force of impact to the foot. landing, for a more stable and secure run.

SOLE

On the sole, the X10 compound has been used in the areas most exposed to wear. This compound provides superior traction and grip without compromising durability, it is highly resistant to wear.
